What are the different ordering channels?

To place a new order, sign up for an account and order through our e-commerce store or for bulk quantities and to avail further discounted prices request our customer service team for a formal quotation.

How will I know whether my order has been shipped?

When you place an order on we will send you an email confirmation to let you know when it's been shipped and is headed on its way to you.

Trust Point Office team will deliver next business day for orders placed by 3 pm in Dubai & other Emirates excluding Friday and Saturday the weekend.

I won't be available to accept my delivery. What do I do?

If you've already placed an order with us, we will reschedule your order for a different delivery day that's more convenient for you and another attempt will be made. Our drivers' delivery routes change from day to day so there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. We deliver between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery.

Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 3 pm local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 3 pm on the same business day that the order is placed. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation email.

What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?

What are my delivery options?

You can have your items delivered to your home or office, or make a request to collect from our accessible office location and our team will have your order ready prior to your visit.

How much does it cost to have something delivered?

Trust Point Office provides free delivery for orders over AED 150/- in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. For orders below and for orders from other emirates in the UAE we may ship via courier and a delivery / shipping fee is applicable. All international shipments attract an additional delivery / shipping fee and additionally may be subject to customs and other taxes and fees upon delivery depending on the laws of the country shipped to. For International shipments, delivery timings will vary and it may take longer to be delivered than domestic.

Can I purchase multiple items at the same time but have them shipped separately?

Unfortunately, no. That said, we might ship your items separately based on availability, or if they're coming from multiple suppliers. If you don't want all your items at the same time, we suggest putting in separate orders.

If I place an order online and pick it up, is there a fee?
No, there is not.

If I change my mind, how do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible prior to goods are not already out for delivery; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. To request a cancellation, you are required to send an email to as soon as possible as our order arrangement process is only an hour.
